AUTUMN/WINTER PHOTOSHOOT

 

As we planned for our Autumn/Winter photoshoot, there was no question that we wanted to work with Goodrest Studios again - we loved the images from our Summer photoshoot earlier this year. While our Summer shoot focused on bright, vibrant colours (read more about our inspiration here), this time we gravitated towards a darker, moodier colour palette. Our styling superstar Fliss designed some lovely boot room scenes featuring rich purples, emerald greens and deep pinks. This was a great opportunity for us to re-shoot some fittings from our wide range of hooks and brackets, and give them a whole new look against the jewel tones.
The images featured a special guest appearance from a variety of pumpkins and gourds courtesy of Dawn. When Dawn isn’t carefully packaging your orders ready for dispatch, she grows an ever-expanding selection of fruit and veg on her land (and often brings this in for us to enjoy).

 

NEW LIGHTING

 

With longer nights approaching, what better time to add some new lighting to our range! We’ve welcomed in some gorgeous new designs this month. We’re especially loving these rustic Rattan Wall Lights and the soft antique brass finish of this Daiki Pendant Light (pictured above).

 

LAUNCHING OUR CHRISTMAS SHOP

 

Although it feels like summer has only just ended (especially with some wonderfully warm and sunny October days we’ve been enjoying in Falmouth), that festive time of year is fast approaching! With Christmas only a couple of months away, our shop assistants have been busy organising the new Christmas stock and creating displays on the shop floor.
