Hand Forged

Rustic black slide bolt known as a 'fishtail' bolt that is made from steel with a black beeswax finish. A very traditional style bolt that is suitable for internal use and can be used on windows, cupboards or inward opening doors. It has a sprung mechanism allowing you to use the bolt vertical or horizontal. 

  • 4 inch:
  • Fixing plate: 91mm x 36mm x 3mm
  • Receiver bridge: 36mm x 18mm x 3mm
  • Throw: 20mm
  • Receiver bridge height: 16mm

  • 6 inch:
  • Fixing plate: 158mm x 52mm x 5mm
  • Receiver bridge: 52mm x 19mm x 5mm
  • Throw: 38mm
  • Receiver bridge height: 19mm
  • Forged from steel with a black beeswax finish
  • Can be used on windows or inward opening doors
  • Works horizontally & vertically due to the strong spring mechanism incorporated into the bolts
  • Not suitable for external use
  • Supplied with matching SS wood screws
