Very prompt delivery. The Item itself appears well made though the finish of the inner faces of the ring pull could be better. However it is a pleasing product which adequately does the job required of it which is to lift a heavy floor hatch.
The hinge pin may fail in time but can be easily replaced with a heavier duty item.

Very pleased with the quality of this ring pull.Beautifully made. The service from this company was excellent and delivery very prompt.Would buy from them again

Unfortunately I had to return these items as there was no locking mechanism fitted. Otherwise they would have been good
